Throughout her career, she has designed and delivered large-scale ERP and CRM ecosystems, helping organisations modernise complex operations and build connected, resilient, and scalable digital foundations.
At Spherical Lab, Saswati leads the vision for creating intelligent solutions across industries, with a strong focus on sustainability and long-term impact. Her approach goes beyond conventional automation—combining enterprise architecture, artificial intelligence, and thoughtful design.
Rakesh Pradhan
Co-Founder & CEO
Rakesh brings more than 22 years of global leadership experience in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, and large-scale digital transformation.
He has contributed to complex, high-stakes transformation programmes for leading Fortune 500 organisations, including Wells Fargo, Comcast, Expedia, Duke Energy, eBay, and Johnson & Johnson.
